Full Post: Chevrolet Fulfilling My Dream of A Car With Built In 4G LTE Wi-Fi #Chevy4G

Do you spend a lot of time in your car like I do? Have you had dreams of having 4G LTE Wi-Fi built-in your car? I have many times.

I have 4 kids who all have tablets and gaming devices that they take with them quite often. They all want to use their tablets in the car, so they connect through my phone. Then my phone gets really hot and the battery drains really fast and then no one can use their devices and my phone is dead. Not a lot of fun.

As you can see, from a very young age, the car was where we wanted to connect. When my kids were younger, there were times when we would spend hours in the car waiting for dance lessons, baseball, gymnastics and whatever else to end. I would always tell my kids, wouldn’t it be so cool if we had Internet access in the car?

Chevrolet has done it. They are the first to offer 4G LTE Wi-Fi in their vehicles. The OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot can connect up to 7 devices. When you turn the car on, the hotspot is ready. It has a stronger signal so it is more reliable than the hotspot from your cell phone.

And once again, this past weekend all 4 kids in the car with tablets and trying to stay connected. They often want to download new songs, so when we stop at a rest stop, they’ll ask to connect with my phone. Now, they’ll be able to do that on their own when we are stopped. They like to have the latest song they hear on the radio and when one downloads a song, they all have to download it. Having instant connectivity is pretty awesome.

You can visit Chevrolet for the full list of vehicles with available built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi.
